We received some amazing compliments last Friday specifically about the gluten-free cake & we completely sold out of both regular AND gluten free!! Some people even came back to try to purchase more. We feel so happy that people enjoyed it that much & we appreciate such kind words and compliments. You're all the reason why we love what we do 🥰😘

Due to the theme "Wine & Agriculture" this week (7/21) and "Healthy Lompoc" next week (7/28) - our flavors will be wine, agriculture, and health inspired.

Our gluten-free options are similar in taste and texture to our non-gluten free options as we use a GF all-purpose flour blend.

Downtown Lompoc will be hosting their Old Town Market this Summer! We can't wait to be a part of this event. We will be there all of the dates posted.

We'll be having new flavors bi-weekly... to be announced. Most excited about Agriculture and Wine night... we'll definitely have some wine inspired flavors as well as one or two beer inspired flavors for the guys that night.

Birthday butterfly cupcakes 🦋🧁

Flavors included a dozen vanilla with a vanilla creme filling and vanilla buttercream, a dozen chocolate with a chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream, a dozen raspberry chocolate with a combo chocolate ganache and raspberry compote filling and raspberry buttercream, and lastly a dozen blueberry lemon with a lemon cream cheese frosting.

The butterflies are edible wafer paper as well.

Baked the cupcakes ahead, then sealed in the moisture by putting parchment paper on the cupcake tops and wrapping them with cling wrap. Keeping them in the cupcake pans helped with transporting them safely. Also made all frosting and fillings ahead of time and packed them into a cooler to make assembling the cupcakes a breeze.
