GeeFree Launches Broadcast Advertising Campaign
ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ (5/12)- Geefree, a fast-growing manufacturer of all-natural, frozen, gluten-free puff pastry foods, is really cooking as it launches a broadcast advertising campaign this month. GeeFree is unique in that no other companies in the U.S. produce gluten-free puff pastry dough.
TimeLine Video, a digital and broadcast media production agency produced the creative and Lockard & Wechsler Direct conducted the media buy. The ad was directed by Max Wright and food styled by Marsha Harris. The branded direct response campaign, which will run throughout the month of May, will air on multiple broadcast television stations throughout the NY/NJ/PA tri-state area and is designed to drive consumers to local supermarket partners as well as the ecommerce website.
This will mark the first time a gluten-free company has advertised on broadcast television.

Violence Erupts Against #March4Trump Turns Violent in #Berkeley
BERKELEY, CA (3/5)- The situation was tense as demonstrators clashed in Berkeley, California outside Berkeley City Hall as a March 4 Trump/ California - Berkeley ended in violence. March 4 Trump organizers sent out a press release saying," March4Trump, a grassroots pro-Trump organization, announces a nationwide march to show support for President Donald Trump and peacefully unite all people in honor of America. Protests Erupt at #SFO Against #Trump
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (1/28)-Protests erupted at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to protest The White House policies against refugees. Police officials report that several hundred protesters gathered to protest the policy. On Facebook HQ, Bay Area Resistance Networkand AROC: Arab Resource & Organizing Center issued statement saying,"We have gotten word of immigrants being detained at SFO. Pleae join us as we show to resit the ban, defend our communities and call on all not to comply with these racist orders...."
In Washington D.C., Kamala Harris issued a statement in support of protesters saying,"I am profoundly saddened and angered by the broad discrimination sanctioned last night by the Donald J. Trump
administration against refugees -- those fleeing violence and terrorism within their country -- and immigrants from Muslim-majority countries.
There are two elements to this executive order: a ban on all refugees entering the country and a ban on all immigrants from seven, predominantly Muslim countries. Make no mistake — this is a Muslim ban, many of whom are women and children displaced by violence.
This runs counter to our national security interests and will be used as a recruitment tool for terror groups, endangering the lives of Americans overseas.
Furthermore, the Trump administration has proposed no practical or effective solution to make Americans safer from terrorism. Remember, between 2001 and 2015, more Americans were killed by homegrown terrorists than by foreign-born extremists. Rather than address that threat, the administration has cruelly closed our doors to immigrants and refugees who are already vetted for more than two years to ensure they pose no threat to our citizens.
