Dr Sheila J. Spencer's Touch & Agree

Dr. Spencer is ordained and licensed by Bishop T.D. Jakes. Her ministerial affiliations include Potter’s House International Pastoral Alliance - Bishop T.D. Jakes, International Pentecostal Holiness Churches - Bishop Clifton Smith under whom she is a licensed minister and Right Connection Evangelistic Association - Bishop Isaiah Williams Jr. Dr. Spencer has always been a born leader. She is a proud graduate of Vanguard High School where she was voted Who’s Who Among American High School Students. She continued her education at CFCC college were she became a licensed Heart Technician. A profession, which she practiced for 10 years. Dr. Spencer graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Divinity from Grace Bible College, Masters in Theology and a PhD in Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary. Dr. Spencer has served in ministry for 22 years. She has been preaching for 21 years and has been anointed to walk in the office of a prophetess. Under her prophetic and healing mantle 10,000 souls have come to Christ. Through her unique style of preaching, countless woman have conceived and given birth to miracle babies, in addition to numerous recorded healings from Cancer, AIDS and other manners of sickness. Prophetess is a profound bible teacher and operates through several ministerial gifts. She has been evangelizing since 1989 through various shelters, drug treatment centers and prison ministry while teaching and training cell groups to shake the nation. She served as the Evangelist of the “Save the Children Outreach Ministry.” She is the founder and CEO of SJS Ministries, designed to develop the whole woman, through conferences, revivals and seminars (Four Season Women’s Ministry-for the entire lady). She is also active in several extended ministry programs including Destiny Pearls Juvenile Division Judah Tutoring Preparatory. In 2007 Dr. Spencer launched her Dream Tour Ministry. Dr. Spencer is the CEO and Founder of SOLACE International Publishing Company. She is also the author of five books and publisher of all six SOLACE releases: “This Coat Doesn’t Fit on Me Anymore”: (Recently picked up by Charisma House Publishing), "The Single's Diary: A Road Map for Single Living", “The Dream and Prophetic Manual, and the Dream Kids Journal “The Prince in Me” and “Dream Girls”.
