It's Feel-Good-Friday and happy clients always make us feel good. 😍
🟡BACKGROUND:
This businesses goal is to generate leads (phone calls & online form submissions) for their company which operates in the home improvement sector.
🔴CHALLENGE:
There were no major changes to the Google Ads Account and performance started to decline for seemingly no reason.
After partnering with us, we identified 3 primary factors causing the decline:
1) Keyword Relevance
2) Keyword Match Type
3) Ad Quality (Weak Headlines & Descriptions in the Ad Copy)
We then performed a small scale test to validate our hypothesis and after a successful test, expanded the strategy across the account.
🟢RESULT:
A 30% increase in leads year over year & better quality leads that resulted in more sales for the company... but most importantly, a very happy client😃
