How I went from 😰 to 🫣 to 🥰 in three years:
Social media was something I was thrown into willy-nilly at a past agency.
A client signed up for social media management.
Our company didn't have anyone else to do it, so I was somewhat voluntold to give it a try - ha!
This is one of the reasons I think it's such a good idea to vet your agency:
The agency, as a whole, may have accumulated experience in the field, but that doesn't mean every employee also has those skills.
I was so nervous because I didn't want to mess up this client's reputation or cause their business harm, but there really was no one else to do it. 😰
So I took a deep dive into best practices and gave it a try. 🫣
Three years later, I've become highly adept at Web Design, Branding, and Social Media - three services that work exceedingly well together - and I never would have known that if I hadn't been asked to try. 🥰
So in honor of jumping off the deep end, here's a Client Spotlight:
This gal saw a 136.4% increase in reach and 186.7% increase in post-reactions last month.
How? Higher quality content directed at her clients' deepest desires: confidence and relationships.
No more: "I know we just met, but will you buy this service for 15% off?"
We're asking questions,
giving free tips,
speaking to their desires,
positioning ourselves as both an expert and a friend,
and THEN creating opportunities to take action.
