That is a wrap on THE Conference: Live at Lititz 2024! This event is a labor of love from so many people. Every kid deserves a smile. This year, toys will be distributed to help children impacted by Hurricane Helene in the Western North Carolina region.

It is the people in the room who make THE Conference special. We are proud of the mixture of different voices, perspectives, roles, and organizations who make the trip each year to collaborate with us in Lititz. Since the launch of this conference, the event has sold out each year so as we enter the third year of this special event, there will be a few adjustments to how tickets are sold to make sure we maintain the heart of what it is about. THE Conference thrives when we can make sure there is the correct balance between our touring, production, management, and vendor voices at the table.
