Such a great time and wonderful food from Tuk Tuk Snack Shop and manager Kellen. A blend of southern US and Sri Lankan tastes and flavors from Sam Fore who recently received the high honor of being a James Beard Foundation award winner. Drips with prestige! Hey, do you have a cooking mishap or adventure you want to share? I once made lasagna, had all the pieces and parts laid out and suddenly realized I left out the noodles! I stuffed them in as well as I could. So how about your food adventure!

Duluth, Minnesota and Grand Marais, Minnesota and the Lake Superior Fishing paradise along with a generous helping of wild rice in everything including salads! And don’t forget the Native American influence.
