“Have you guys seen the movie Ladybird? The whole movie is about her wanting to leave her hometown so bad. Then she goes to this art school in New York and she has this montage flashback of how awesome her life was at home. It’s so true. When we moved here, the only restaurants were Subway and Wendy’s. My brother and I were Glacier guides in Alaska two summers ago. It was the coolest thing Ive ever done. But then you are just like, dang, I should have, you know, gone to get a square donut one more time, or I should have gone to the rodeo one more time.” (Rylee Olsen, Photographer, featured in the Sundance gallery until July 12th)

Exclusive to our social media - we will be launching a Humans of Lehi series tomorrow, inspired by . We will highlight different stories and people bi-weekly, so that we can get to know our neighbors. We did our first “interview” tonight and had the best time talking, laughing, and sharing stories. Run over to main street and center right now to grab some lemonade and snickerdoodles from Addie and Colleen! They crafted their wooden stand by hand. They said today was a “test run” to see how it goes, so let’s convince them to do it more often! We can vouch, it is GREAT lemonade 🍋
