Happy Lao New Year from Wat Lao Buddha Chanreunsouk!

Thank you everyone for celebrating with us tonight, we all had so much fun.
Just a friendly reminder that “Thak Baht” will be tomorrow morning at 10am.

Also, we ordered more than 100 t-shirts, but now only have 32 left. Our temple will be participating in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee Lao New Year parade on Sunday, May 28th. It would be an absolute delight to have you join us and proudly represent our temple as part of our community.

If you would like to be a part of this exciting event and walk with us on our float, please let us know so that we can reserve a shirt for you. $20

Happy Lao New Year!
Join us in celebrating Lao New Year this weekend on March 6, 2022, from 1pm to 1am. Expect a delightful spread of food, exciting dancing, and a live band to keep you entertained throughout the event. We will be hosting the celebrations at Wat Lao Buddha Chareunsouk of Louisville, located at 5143 Beech Grv Rd, Lebanon Junction, KY 40150.

Furthermore, we are excited to announce our participation in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee New Year Parade on Sunday, March 26th. You too can be a part of this celebration by joining us on our float! To order a t-shirt and secure your spot, please contact me, Lat Bouakham, at 502-235-1808. Keep in mind, we have limited supply, so don't delay in placing your order.
We are excited and can’t wait to celebrate with you guys this weekend and on Memorial Day weekend in Tennessee

This past weekend members from our temple celebrated Lao New year at Wat Lao Buddharam in Murfresboro, Tennessee.

Thank you to those who got together to organize and make our float, t-shirts, Euy Air and Loc for their presentation, our band, and most importantly, thank you to everyone for showing your support to our temple.
We had a great turnout and everyone had so much fun! We cannot wait until next year to create a new float and hopefully have more people attend!!!! Good job Kentucky!!! You guys represented Wat Lao Buddha Chareunsouk well!!! Happy New Year!!

On behalf of our members along with our Senior Monks at the Wat Lao Buddhachareunsouk Temple, we would like to give a big Thanks to those who were able to attended Sunday’s event honoring our loved ones.
We truly appreciate each and every single one of you for your continued support, love, and donations. Because of you, your love, devotion, faith, and dedication for our growing community, we have grown so much since we opened almost 11 years ago. Whether you’ve helped cooked, attend our events, volunteered, cleaned, helped organize events, donate supplies, foods, or monetary donations-you have made our mission for this community possible. We’ve been able to support other families along the way.
We're excited to see what the future holds for the temple and our community.
We look forward to welcoming more families and teaching others the spiritual way of life through Buddist teachings.
