Full payment is due before item is shipped or picked up. No microwave or dishwasher use. No scrubbing, soaking or exposure to extreme cold or heat for an extended period of time. All items are handcrafted and may have minor imperfections. Once a design is chosen and approved and I start to making it, they cannot be changed. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued unless due to

a defect made by me. I will make every effort to send updates along the way. These will be made to verify or clarify any requests so I know we are on the same page with the design. Orders go in order , and has a 4 to 6 week waiting from time PAID not ordered.... Please be patient. Most orders do not take that long, depending on where you are on the list.
