5 quick ways to get your focus back in 2024:

1. It's time to play the priorities game! Take a good look at what truly floats your boat and make the necessary tweaks. Bid adieu to pesky distractions and zero in on what will bring you ultimate joy and progress in the year ahead.

2. Clear goals, check. Action plan, check. Let's break it down, folks! Slice those objectives into bite-sized chunks and make yourself a nifty timeline. Stay committed, stay flexible, and show those challenges who's boss!

3. Mindfulness and self-care, darlings. Pause for a moment and let those thoughts and emotions marinate. Dive into activities that make your heart sing and your stress levels drop. Prioritize self-care like it's nobody's business, because you deserve that healthy balance to conquer your dreams.

4. Surround yourself with the dream team. Seek out those awe-inspiring individuals who light a fire under your fabulous self. Connect with like-minded souls who share your grand ambitions. Collaborate, learn, and let their guidance and support propel you on your quest to refocus in 2024.

5. Get ready to embrace your inner Einstein! It's time to learn from the past and grow like never before. Setbacks? Pfft, just stepping stones to a brighter future! Embrace that growth mindset, my friend, and turn those mistakes into rocket fuel for a focused and wildly successful tomorrow.

I remember making a commitment at the start of this year..
.that I wouldn’t be at the same place or even the same person by the end of it.

I had to throw some bad habits away..

I had to make different choices..

I had to surround myself with men who had bigger dreams..
.and those who followed the true King who reigned over all Kings..

I may have disappeared out of your life to make that happen..

For that I apologize, but it was necessary..
.because..

I’m no longer the same person you knew.

And next year..
.I’m going to be next level.

🙏🏿

If you're anything like me, social media can be a scary mess. There are so many ideas floating around, and it's hard to know where to start. But with a little planning, it doesn't have to be so overwhelming. Here are three quick steps to take your social media content from a scary mess to an easy process.

1. Get your ideas from your customers.

Your customers are a goldmine of content ideas. Talk to them, listen to them, and watch them. What are they saying? What are they doing? What are their pain points?

2. Plan and organize your ideas.

Once you have a bunch of ideas, it's time to start planning and organizing them. Create a content calendar, and start mapping out when and where you'll post each piece of content.

3. Execute your plan.

Now it's time to start posting! Follow your content calendar, and make sure you're consistent with your posting schedule. If you can stick to it, you'll be surprised at how quickly your social media following will grow.

Sue was a business owner who ran a hot yoga studio. She knew that creating content for Instagram was important, but she didn't make planning out her content strategy a priority. As a result, her business awareness began to dwindle when a new yoga location opened up in a better location.

Sue made a mistake by not making content a priority, and she learned her lesson the hard way. However, she was determined to turn things around.

Sue started by creating a content calendar. She planned out her posts for the next month, and made sure to include a mix of content that would appeal to her target audience. She also began interacting with her followers more, and began to see a positive response.

Within a few months, Sue's business had started to pick back up. She was getting more customers, and her Instagram following had grown. She had learned her lesson, and she was glad she had taken the time to fix her mistake.

..The majority of my things I owned were in those bags. A big dream, hidden in a simple life.

This building doesn’t exist anymore.. You wouldn’t know it if it weren’t for this photo I captured while I was serving in the US Air Force.

Back then, I used to document my day to day life before the TikToks and reels and before said to do so…

I set up my camera and I would take video clips and photos here and there to remember where I’m coming from so when I look back from where I am today I won’t forget.. that it wasn’t easy.. that I did it for a purpose.. and that I will not fail.

Struggles are relatable. Ups and downs are relatable. I think being “relatable” is missing in our social media today.

Let’s reconnect on a genuine level as people
