Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli

Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

1-Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

2-Cook the sausage: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on both sides. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

3-Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside with the sausage.

4-Cook the broccoli: Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp. You can add a splash of water to the skillet to help steam the broccoli if needed.

5-Combine and cook: Return the sausage and shrimp to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the mixture and stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and coat the ingredients.

6-Serve: Serve the honey garlic shrimp, sausage, and broccoli over cooked rice or quinoa. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired. Enjoy your flavorful and hearty meal!

WOULD YOU EAT THIS SCALLOPS IN GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE 🌊🍴
Ingredients:

1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
1/4 cup chicken or seafood broth
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the Scallops:

Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook the Scallops:

In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and foaming.
Add the scallops to the skillet in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding) and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove scallops from skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

✨Sheet Pan Breakfast Crunchwrap✨ My favorite breakfast of all time!!

1. Take a sheet pan and spray with a little oil.
Lay 5 burrito tortillas down with one in the middle and the edges hanging off.(video before this for reference)
2. Now spread Taco Bell chipotle creamy sauce on the first layer.
3. Take 8 cooked hash brown patties for the next layer.
4. Top with cooked eggs.
5. Now top with one pound of cooked sausage or bacon.
6. Last layer will be 1 1/2-2 cups of shredded cheese.
7. now take 3 more burrito tortillas and lay them on top wrapping them under a bit too.
8. Spray top with oil.
9. Lay another cookie sheet on the top.
10. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
11. Enjoy!!

Directions:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp butter, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For the Parmesan Linguine:
8 oz linguine
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:

Start by seasoning your chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s golden and fully cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, toss in the minced garlic, lemon zest, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Stir everything together, letting it cook for another 1-2 minutes so all those bright flavors can soak into the chicken. Then, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
While the chicken is resting, cook your linguine according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Be sure to save about 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining the rest.
In the same skillet, melt another 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream and garlic powder, letting it blend smoothly. Slowly whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and thick. Season with a little extra salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with 2 tbsp olive oil and a packet of fajita or taco seasoning. Cover and shake bowl. Cook on air fryer for 16 -18 min at 360 (at least in a cosori 5.8 qt one) with shaking once halfway.
