My word of the year is "INTENTIONAL."
While I've always prided myself on being hardworking and driven, I've come to realize the true value lies in being intentional.
Whether it's how I spend my time, the content I consume, the relationships I nurture, or the food I eat, I've committed to being intentional in every aspect of my life.
Though I'm a work in progress, I've cut out unnecessary things, focusing my energy on what truly positively impacts my life.
Healing my triggers has been transformative, allowing me to move from survival mode to thriving.

Me at 20 vs me at 30
The biggest difference between these two pictures is mindset.
The last decade I have completely transformed. Through all the painful lessons, heartbreaks, successes and failures I have blossomed into a woman who knows what she wants, exudes confidence and no longer wants to play small.
When I turned 29 I took a deep dive into my healing and committed myself to not brining my emotional and mental baggage to my 30s. What did this look like?
Reprogramming my limiting beliefs, taking accountability for my role in every situation even if I felt it wasn’t my fault, getting honest with myself about what kind of person I am, deciding who I no longer want to be and showing up everyday as who I want to be.
I didn’t want to be someone who played the victim, who was always irritable, who didn’t have healthy relationships, who was always triggered, someone with crippling anxiety and always in a state of fear. There was so many parts of myself I was unhappy with despite looking picture perfect.
Through my intense inner work I can say I am so proud of what I’ve become. I can now see how every experience shaped me into this version that I love so much.
Although in the past I had to learn lessons the hard way, I have now decided it gets to be easy. I get to learn lessons in a fun, easy, fulfilling way. My life gets to be fun and easy. My desire is to help other women achieve the same!

My entrepreneur journey has spanded over almost a decade and I’m now in a new space that I’m ready to share with others.
My number one passion has always been healing and personal development. This is something I never shared online but always has been a private journey. This space I’m in now, I’ve overcome many obstacles and I’m ready to help other women do the same.

Why do some people say sugar waxing is more painful? Sugar waxing can be more painful if the technician does not use the proper technique. When the sugar is applied to the hair it seeps down into the follicle. If, when the sugar is being applied the sugar drags through the hair it will cause the hair to to pull which can be extremely uncomfortable! Sugar should be completely painless when being applied to the skin. If sugaring is painful when it is applied then the proper technique isn’t being used! #lasvegaswaxing #lasvegasesthetician
