Quality may be in the recipe, but it certainly isn't in the way management treated its minor employees at 21 area Wendy's restaurants

According to a report in the Bucks County Courier Times, GCWen Management — which operates a total of 21 locations in Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties, including locations in Towamencin, Upper Gwynedd, Hatfield, and Montgomeryville — was recently fined $300,000 for 766 violations in 2023 alone.

The owner of multiple North Penn area Wendy’s locations has been fined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for repeated violations of the state’s Child Labor Act.
