Great news for homebuyers heading into 2026! 🙌
The FHFA just announced higher conforming loan limits, which means more buying power and easier access to conventional financing.
Starting January 1, 2026, the new conforming loan limit for a 1-unit home will be $832,750, according to Fannie Mae’s Nov. 25 update. If you or someone you know is planning a move next year, this could make a big difference! 🏡💬
