Sunday Sep 10th the next installment of Dark Indulgence drops: themed "Jump Into The Fire" the curated playlist runs through a set about self discovery and self awareness by doing what most fear to do in life, Jump right into the fire! In the last 6 months while losing 60lbs training in the gym I realized what was different about me than most I observe, 99 percent of people hit the proverbial wall and stop and get off or give up and what I do is add weight and reps or speed the spin bike up a notch! Don't flinch, hold yourself to the fire and feel the pain so you can live the rewards later!

This week I drop the first Dark Indulgence in 2 months, the last episode is closing in on 10,000 plays (Link below in comments) - NOW - this new episode is going to be mind-blowing show that will likely go over 3 hours! I have had 2 months of tracks coming in and i've been fine tuning a set based on all the emotions of exceeding my fitness goals all while struggling with the Darkness in my mind of having the miserable broken wrist and cast in the longest period of over 100 degree temps in Louisiana history! This set will be epic!

2 bits of great news. After being down for almost 2 months with the broken wrist from a mountain bike trail accident I now have a brand new Dark Indulgence mixshow laid out and will be finishing it in the coming days. 2- I crossed over the 50lbs lost mark and I'm on track to hit my goal by my birthday then I'm on my way to the next goal weight. Never give up! Thanks everyone for all the support over the last two months.

Broken wrist update. After two weeks in the temp casting I'm now in the regular cast for the next 4 weeks. This one is a good bit more comfortable so far. Healing is going good in the follow up x-rays. No more mountain biking for me though after all this mess. Sticking with the gym, tennis and pickleball.
