I hope to move my articles to a new platform after the 1st of the year. The article attached to this post has links to all of my social media platforms. Give them a follow to stay up-to-date on my whereabouts. I hope to see you all again soon!

A farewell to The Learning Curve. Follow Zoey Fields on social media to stay up-to-date on future writing.

CODA = Child of Deaf Adults. The movie is a 2021 film that won the 2022 Academy Award for Best Picture. The film took me back to several different moments in my life where I have reflected on the hearing-impaired disability and style of life. Ultimately, resulting in an emotional experiencing watching the movie. Have you seen CODA? What were your thoughts?

Today we take a deep dive into an interesting perspective of the “alcohol world.” ✨SALES✨ are often the last people who touch the product before you. Enjoy this interview with my good friend about the sales side of distribution AND her top 5 Molson Coors drinks

A conversation about what it is like to work in alcohol sales for a major company (think Miller Lite and Coors Light...which is your fav?) Enjoy this behind the scenes sneak peek!

Today is National Puppy Mill Awareness Day!! Think adoption rather than purchase the next time you are in the market for a new companion.

Did you know that Gen Z and Millennials are 20% LESS likely to have adopted their dogs than those of older generations? The often hyper-aware generations seem to be falling for puppy "trends" rather than puppy ethics.

National Manager of Best Friends Animal Society sits down with The Learning Curve to highlight the benefits of pet adoption and how to spot a puppy mill or irresponsible breeder.

Jen DePoto is extremely inspiring and I am so flattered to be sharing her story of faith, perseverance and honor. Patriot Day concluded the seventh annual event put on my Jen's foundation, the 9/11 Promise Inc., where run and bike athletes gather from across the country and push their bodies to their limits. All to honor the lives lost in 9/11 and to lift up families of first responders and law enforcement officers. Hope you enjoy!

How one woman turned her journey of faith into a now annual event to honor the lives lost during the 9/11 attacks and support families of first responders and law enforcement officers.

Last month I had the opportunity to write this article to be featured on a fellow Bulletin writer's newsletter. Alyssa Hardy manages "This Stuff," and regularly releases "Recipe for an Outfit" posts that highlight how individual's get dressed. It was such a fun article that I had to share it with all of you! Hardy's new book just hit the stores. She is a fashion-journalist with great taste, fantastic humor and a passion for the advocacy of retail workers and manufacturing employees. Be sure to give her a follow & check out her book!

When I was in school, I quickly had one goal for myself: move to Florida for crime reporting. Now that I actively work in the field in a county outside of Jacksonville, I have come to a new realization that maybe my ultimate dream was not morally correct.

Read now about my time with a Pulitzer Prize-winning professor, what I learned from him, what I have experienced in the crime-reporting world AND a very special announcement at the end!

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in wanting something, that we do not realize how it might impact others, or the world around us.

Society has a way of pressuring kids to be anything but creators. But, why can't the brainiacs make music or be content creators? The truth is--we can and we will!

The Learning Curve follows 23-year-old, Zoey Fields, through life in her 20s. Covering frequently undiscussed topics, asking the BIG questions and interviewing interesting people to find the answers.

Writer's Release is a way for me to take a step back from journalistic-style writing and recenter myself. Poetry has always served as a release for me, and I am eager to share these pieces with my audience in addition to the interview-style writing you see regularly on The Learning Curve. Click the link within the article if you wish to share your own poetry, short story, or other creative pieces.

A segment where personal creation is shared instead of the typical interview-based content. It serves as a pause from interview subjects; encouraging self-reflection and inward thinking.
