Letting go is only hard until it’s NOT! Keep your lessons close and keep your focused attention on the person you are becoming.

Today’s tip is to think about what you want and where you are going instead of where you have been or what you don’t want.

Let’s all begin our Friday by deciding what we want and believing we can have it!

Here are a couple of tips to help you get started!

1️⃣ Celebrate Progress: Acknowledge and celebrate small victories along your journey. This builds positive momentum and reinforces the idea that progress is possible.

2️⃣ Face Fears:Step out of your comfort zone gradually. Facing and overcoming challenges helps build resilience and confidence in your abilities.

Remember our routines become our daily habits and all change takes time. Choose to believe in yourself, believe in your magic and believe in what is possible. I love you. Have a great Friday.

UNLOCK THE POWER OF LASTING CHANGE BY REPROGRAMMING YOUR AMAZING BRAIN 🧠 💥

Neuroscience proves that through repetition, you can create new neural networks in the brain that promote lasting habit change.

Whether you are quitting a bad habit or creating a new healthy habit, it will take a bare minimum of 21 to 67 days for that change to begin to stick. Here are a couple of tips to help you be successful!

1️⃣ Make Small Changes: Choose one small thing that you would like to add or take away and give it your all!
2️⃣ Create Reminders: Utilize your phones timer or calendar app to create alarms that go off periodically throughout the day reminding you to do the one small thing you chose, or give you encouragement to not do the one small thing you chose.
3️⃣ Set Up Accountability and Support: Having the right support and accountability can be the difference whether you make it or not. Choose a trusted friend or family member and tell them what you are up to. Ask them to check in with you from time to time to help you stay on track.

Remember to show yourself grace! All change takes time! Creating routines and daily habits will help you create new neural networks so that you can have a real long-term change!

I know that you can’t give from an empty cup, is not a phrase that you have never heard before and I can’t stress its importance enough.

How many of you experience burn out?
How many of you have super stressful lives ?
How many of you juggle work kids sports activities all of it ?

What happens when you go down?
You are no good to anyone.

Self-care doesn’t have to look like a massage or a bubble bath . It can be as simple simple as drinking your water and making healthy food choices. Going on a walk or saying no to things you don’t want to do.

As we head into the new year my focus is to give you tools that you can easily incorporate into your daily routines, so 2024 can be all about creating a daily habit system that works for you.

Before getting out of bed in the morning, say 5 to 10 things you were grateful for, let yourself feel the gratitude and start your day with a grateful heart.

We are the creators of our own reality so let’s stop focusing on what we don’t want, start fantasizing about what we do want and make it fantastic 🤩

Here are a couple tips to get you started!

1️⃣ Surround Yourself Positivity: Engage with supportive and encouraging individuals. Seek out role models who have achieved what you aspire to, as their success can inspire self-belief.

2️⃣ Learn and Improve:Continuously invest in personal development. Acquiring new skills and knowledge can boost confidence and competence, reinforcing the belief that you can overcome challenges.

Remember, self-belief is a journey. Consistent effort, positive reinforcement, and a willingness to learn and adapt contribute to developing a strong belief in yourself and your aspirations.

Crazy right?

Staying hydrated enhances cognitive function, supports energy levels, and promotes overall well-being by aiding digestion and maintaining optimal bodily functions. Proper hydration is a simple yet powerful key to unlocking numerous health benefits.

Here are a couple tips to help you make drinking enough water a daily habit.

1️⃣ Set Reminders or Alarms to go off periodically throughout the day reminding you to choose your water.

2️⃣ Flavor it Up: Infuse your water with slices of citrus or cucumber, fresh, mint, leaf, or berries for a tasty twist.

3️⃣ Ritualize It: Try turning, sipping water into a mindful moment. As you slowly sip your water, notice how it taste in your mouth, how it feels going down your throat and take an extra minute and just breathe.

Remember small hinges swing big doors and all change takes time! Your body and brain will, thank you for choosing to create a daily habit of staying hydrated 🙌🏻

🛑 HARD TRUTH 🛑 80 % OF NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS FALL BY FEBRUARY!

Want to know how to avoid this? My unpopular opinion is DO NOT MAKE THEM!

Instead try creating a new Daily Habits System that you have the same level of commitment to all year long!

The things we do every day become our routine, and when we keep the same routine long enough, it becomes our daily habit. Helping my clients create daily habit systems that fit their busy lifestyles is one of the best parts of my job. If you need help, let me know.

Are You A Perfectionist 🧐

I was for most of my life and didn’t know it 😳

Now looking back I can’t believe I didn’t see it 😂

The way I take care of the people I love.
The way I fold towels.
The way I decorate for holidays.
The food I take to potluck dinners.
Even the way I used to show up for yoga classes.

Like everything else in life, until you acknowledge, there is something that’s not working and identify the thing or situation that is creating a result that you don’t want…. Nothing can change.

Step 1. Acknowledge the results you don’t want!
Step 2. Focus on finding a solution!
Step 3. Make tiny daily changes!
AND IN THE PROCESS, SHOW YOURSELF GRACE! ALL CHANGE IS UNCOMFORTABLE!
