A classic comfort food! Here's a simple Tater Tot Casserole recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1 (32 oz) bag of Tater Tots
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey, chicken, or beans for a vegetarian option)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
🎊Seasoned Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
6. Spread half of the Tater Tots in the bottom of the baking dish.
7. Add the meat and cheese mixture on top of the Tater Tots.
8. Spread the remaining Tater Tots on top of the meat mixture.
9. Pour the milk over the top of the Tater Tots.
10. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the Tater Tots are golden brown and the casserole is hot and bubbly.

Oh my goodness!! Supper is served and it's delicious 😋

Pizza Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lbs ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 small onion
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
🎊 2 tsp.roasted garlic infused oil
8 hamburger buns or your choice

Instructions:

Dice onions and fry with ground beef/ set aside and drain.
Take greased pan and add hamburger buns to pan and add roasted garlic infused oil to bottoms.

Add sauce to ground beef and onions, mix together.

Add layers of cheese and top with ground beef and top with mozzarella and oregano.

Cook 350* 25 minutes 😋

Waffles made from cake mix? Yes!
Cinnamon Sugar Belgian Waffles
Sweet cinnamon waffles topped with fresh berries and a cinnamon maple whipped butter

Ingredients:

¾ cup butter, (½ cup softened, ¼ cup melted), divided
🎊1 package TS Cinnamon Sugar Crumb Cake Mix
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1¼ cups 2% milk
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups assorted fresh berries such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and/or strawberries

Directions:

In medium bowl, combine ½ cup softened butter, 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Crumb Cake Mix packet 2 and maple syrup. Using an electric mixer, whip until well combined, light and fluffy. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine Cinnamon Sugar Crumb Cake Mix packet 1, remaining packet 2, milk, eggs and remaining ¼ cup melted butter. Whisk until combined.

Preheat Belgian waffle maker according to manufacturer directions. When hot, add batter. Cook to desired doneness of waffle. Continue with remaining batter.

Serve waffles dolloped with cinnamon maple whipped butter and fresh berries.

Potatoes, Smoked Sauage

Ingredients:

smoked sauage
1 bag hash browns
1 large white onion
🎊3 tbls Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
🎊Spinach n Herb Seasoning
🎊Everything Bagel Seasoning
🎊Seasoned Pepper Seasoning
🎊 Sweet Heat Grill Sauce

Instructions:

Oil in pan, brown onions and add hashbrowns, and fold lightly and add smoked sauage...😋
