But ultimately my family is who inspired me to do whatever it takes to bring back the real me.

I felt like I was failing on my health journey so I slipped into old habits 💔

I remember one day in particular, driving home from work saying in need a snack. I wanted to go home, turn on trash tv and just lay on the couch...alone. I wasn’t going on walks anymore

It makes me tear up just to think about it because I lost all of the progress I had made. I can see it in my face…😔

The was real but so was the because I'd make up excuses as to why we needed to order out or the typically tidy house was neglected...I just wanted to do nothing.

I can't stop talking about the changes that are happening recently! 🙌 I’ve got my mindset back

3 ingredients cheese bread!

You need 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 egg and seasoning of choice. I used a ton of granulated garlic powder, and this garlic lover’s seasoning that grinds dried garlic and herbs.
In a bowl scramble your egg add your cheese, and however much seasoning you want. Spread into a circle (like pizza dough) on a parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle with more seasoning and bake 350 10-25 minutes depending on your oven until browned, I broiled mine for a minute or so before taking it out! This was so good! I was worried about it being eggy but it wasn’t at all! The egg just acts as a binder keeping the cheeses together 💁🏻‍♀️

Do y’all know what it is like to hate yourself and then learn to finally love yourself and lose a bunch of weight, just for someone to basically minimize your change ?

I know a lot of people think it’s a compliment but I promise it’s not.

I have came a long way and to hear someone say the older version of you wasn’t “that bad” UMM yes it was… it makes us feel like our accomplishments aren’t even “that good”.

A lot of you have first hand witnessed this glow up. What you see in that first pic is one tired, broken down mama/nana who was totally lost on why/how did I allow myself to get this big. 😩

I finally took the steps needed to change my life FOREVER. I could’ve stopped when I lost 55lbs but it became a lifestyle. 🥹

A year and a half later & im still thriving. ✊🏼
