Board Chair, Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Brisa Guajardo is the Board Chair of the Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Born in Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in Washington State, Brisa has always had a deep passion for education and healthcare. Her commitment to these causes has led her to travel to Colima and Tepic, Mexico with Rotary International, where she helped promote literacy in rural communities.
Despite her busy professional life, Brisa remains dedicated to giving back to her community. She currently serves on several boards, including Grace Clinic, Visit Tri-Cities, and the Washington Health Benefit Exchange's Role of Agent and Broker Technical Advisory Committee. Brisa also volunteers with various community groups and has previously served on the boards of Tri-Cities Community Health.
With over 20 years of experience in health insurance, Brisa has built a strong foundation in advocating for the Hispanic/Latinx community and other underrepresented groups in the Tri-Cities area. Her passion for service and her expertise in health access continues to drive her work in making a positive impact in her community.

Ha recibido los siguientes reconocimientos: Certificado de Reconocimiento de Asistencia Legal de Benton Franklin 2004, 2014; Certificado de Reconocimiento de la Corte de Dr**as para Adultos de Benton Franklin 17 de diciembre de 2014; Presidente del Comité de Litigios de WSBA 2014-2015, Miembro de la Junta del Comité de Litigios de WSBA de 2009 a 2016; fue seleccionada como miembro del Comité para entrevistar candidatos para el Magistrado de los Estados Unidos del Distrito Este de Washington y hacer recomendaciones a los jueces en funciones en 2015. Carta de Reconocimiento del Jefe de Policía de la Ciudad de Pasco, Premio LULAC Leona, Co-Gran Mariscal del Desfile del Cinco de Mayo 2022 y 2024, Salón de la Fama de la Escuela Secundaria Pasco. Recientemente, ha recibido el Premio Trail Blazer de la Asociación de Abogados Latinos y el “ORGULLO HISPANO DEL AÑO” otorgado por el periódico La Voz.

She has received the following recognitions: Benton Franklin Legal Aid Certificate of Recognition 2004, 2014; Benton Franklin Adult Drug Court Certificate of Recognition December 17, 2014; WSBA Litigation Committee Chair 2014-2015, WSBA Litigation Committee Board Member from 2009-2016; Was selected as the Committee member to interview candidates for the US Magistrate of Eastern District of Washington and make recommendations to the sitting Judges in 2015. Letter of Recognition from the Chief of Police for the City of Pasco, LULAC Leona Award, Co-Grand Marshall Cinco de Mayo Parade 2022 and 2024, Pasco High School Hall of Fame. Recently, she has received the Latino Bar Association Trail Blazer Award, and the “ORGULLO HISPANO DEL AÑO” awarded by La Voz Newspaper.
