When the police asked the victim if they got the other driver's license plate, he and I both laughed. It was stuck in the Subaru's tire well after the impact and fell off as he moved his car. He first blamed it on the sun in his mirror, which you shouldn’t fully rely on and should turn your head back before reversing… When I told him I was honking at him, he tried claiming “I didn’t hear a horn, must not be very loud.” I hit it again, and he says, “yeah that’s quiet, mine is louder” Bro it’s a standard dual tone horn setup like on just about every automobile. Dudes like this are why insurance companies wanted backup cameras so bad. Just wouldn’t take responsibility either."

"Highway sign falls on car after a crane truck hits bridge in Enfield, Connecticut. A tractor trailer with a crane was involved in a crash that closed lanes of Interstate 91 in Enfield on Thursday morning. The state Department of Transportation reported that it happened on the northbound side between exits 47W and 48. State police said that a highway sign was struck by crane that was mounted to the tractor trailer. Minor injuries were reported. Three of the highway’s four lanes were closed. The crash was first reported shortly after 9:15 a.m. A large metal sign affixed to the bridge was taken down by the crane boom, state police said. The metal and concrete bridge supports sustained functional damage and were inspected by DOT engineers on scene. The incident remained under investigation."
