Reid Chunn is a recent, first generation graduate of Harris-Stowe State University 3+3 program with a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He currently works as a Structural Analysis Engineering for the Boeing Company evaluating the viability of proprietary manufacturing processes for current fighter jet and upcoming programs. At Harris-Stowe Reid served as President of the Semper Fidelis Per-Law/Mock Trial Society, member of the Honda Campus All-Star Challenge - Honda Motor Corp.’s HBCU trivia competition - where they attended the national championship 4 out of 4 years, President of the Student Government Association where his goal was to increase student organization participation on campus matters and promote innovative improvements for students’ lifestyle, was the first student to conduct research at Washington University; studying Mechanobiology: the study of forces on cells and presented twice at the Emerging Researchers Conference.
