Just filled up the second notebook documenting 16 weeks of running BEBOP exercises every day. Opening journal number 3 today.

One of the main focuses I have right now is to make some measurable upgrades to my Bebop style piano improvisation. The journal page below marks the starting date and have documented 16 weeks of running the new material every day without fail for16 weeks now and running.

I have been using a "scientific" method for making measurable and consistent progress. I am taking the GMA community along with me on YouTube. because I wish I had this information sooner and want to pass it on. A video was scheduled to come out once a week, but life gets chaotic as you can see, however a new one will be out today. Talk to ya soon, Cameron
