Q: When and how will I receive royalty payments?
A: We pay royalties monthly, approximately 90 days after the sales month ends (because we need that much time to collect your royalties from all retail partners). We will send royalty payments based on your set threshold. The minimum threshold is $10.
A third-party processor deducts processing fees from each payment. W.H.Wax Publishing does not make money on these fees.
Royalty Payment Methods
1. Direct Deposit/ACH
a. $1.05 processing fee for US bank accounts.
b. $5.25 processing fee for non-US bank accounts.
2. PayPal
i. US residents: $1.05 +2.00% processing fee ($2.10 maximum fee)
ii. Non-US residents: $1.05 +2.00% processing fee ($22.05 maximum fee)
3. Check. $2.09 processing fee for US addresses.
4. Wire Transfer
i. US residents: $15.75 processing fee
ii. Non-US residents: $27.30 processing fee
