We all make decisions in life that have an impact on us and can lead to conflict with others. Thinking about what will best propel you forward and not hold you back is necessary if you can not trust one of your decisions. Letting go of someone who is constantly depressing you is a difficult decision. Alternately, demote them and endure the consequences. I am thrilled to be part of this exciting Hollywood filming business. It's a high-stress environment, especially when dealing with legal matters. You need to have a strong backbone to survive in this industry. TDays are long, with lots of focus on copyright protection to prevent material theft, as well as the need to trust others while getting them to sign an NDA. While I used to think that being a solo writer was a lot of work, I've come to realize that there's so much more to it, especially when it comes to working with actors and legal processes. We're preparing for our journey to Sicily, and I thought that hiring a great cast and crew and writing the material were huge steps, but now I see that understanding all the legalities and dealing with investors are equally important. It's been an eye-opening experience to realize that creating and launching a movie or TV show is a lot more complex than I initially thought. I want to express my gratitude to my crew and cast for their honesty and support, as we look into investors, attorneys, and everyone involved in the contract process. Thank you! Sicily, here we come!
