The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) is actively searching for 11-year-old Valeny Reyes, who was reported missing in the late evening hours of Saturday, February 15, 2024.

The Laurens County Sheriff's Office is seeking information relating to the whereabouts of Kenneth William Warden.

Warden is wanted for five (5) different General Sessions bench warrants for Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor. He could be in the Laurens or Duncan areas.

A man who used to portray Santa Claus in Rogers County, has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.

THE SUSPECT: 61 year old Ernest Phillips

THE CONVICTION:
-He pled no contest to 5 counts of lewd acts with a child under 16.
-NOTE: These were children he knew, not, children he met as Santa.
-He showed them po*******hy on a phone, touched them and made them touch him and offered them money in exchange.
-The victims' impact statements were read before sentencing.

THE SENTENCE:
-It's 25 years, with 18 in prison and 7 on probation and it's an 85% crime and he'll have to register as a s*x offense upon release.
-He'll get credit for time served, since he's been in custody since last May.

-This is now a conviction.
