Thanks to the generosity of our KAPWA FAM...we were able to reach our goal to create Emergency HopeKits for over 100+ autistic and disabled children and their families in the Philippines 🇵🇭

Tita and Kuya's Autism Pamilya has several upcoming projects and we are excited for all of you to see how your donations are helping make a difference in the community.

In the wake of Super Typhoon Carina, we are announcing our first outreach event in partnership with Autism PH. Autism PH is one of the most active Facebook community groups for autistic and disabled families in the Philippines led by trusted parents and professionals in the autistic and disabled community.

Our first outreach event, HopeKits, will provide each autistic and disabled family with an emergency kit filled with supplies catered to autistic and disabled families including first aid supplies, non perishable food and social stories explaining common emergencies and natural disasters.

Supply collection and donations will be collected through December 2024. Distribution will occur through our Philippines partner, Autism PH and will occur in early 2025 in preparation fo the next Philippine Typhoon Season.

Donors will receive updates from the Autism Pamilya and Autism PH regarding their donation to this cause.

As part of Tita and Kuya, we are excited to announce our brand new partnership as part of our KAPWA community, Autism Pamilya focused on the autistic and disabled 🇵🇭 community 💙

We have partnered with Autism PH 🇵🇭 to further reach our pamilya in the Philippines 💙

With close to 40k members, Autism PH is one of the most active Facebook group communities for autistic and disabled Filipinos and their families in the Philippines.

Through this new partnership, together we will be able to provide greater access to Filipino professionals, education, resources and support to our autistic and disabled Filipino community.

🇵🇭💙 AUTISM PAMILYA 💙🇵🇭

Yesterday, we launched a brand new KAPWA community called the founded by

Over the past several years, we have served the autism and special needs community through our various work in ABA and Special Education.

We have a deep love and passion for helping individuals with special needs and their families.

After speaking to our KAPWA FAM, we realized that there is a deep desire and need for a community for 🇵🇭 individuals with special needs and their families.

This is where the idea started for us and we hope to provide the following through our community:

📌 Field expert presentations and discussions via IG live sessions from Filipino educators and professionals on autism and special needs topics

📌 Resources to further support 🇵🇭 families within the autism and special needs community

📌 Community outreach and events for 🇵🇭 individuals with special needs and their families

📌 A private Facebook community support group to foster communication and discussion for 🇵🇭 special needs families
