LuZt Social Media Services is my small, one woman project to maintain a welcoming and inviting social media experience for local small businesses in and around the area of Ironwood Michigan. At the current moment I am running the social media for one local Ironwood business, which until I make sure I have the approval of the business owner I will leave nameless, so there is a decent chance that you have seen some of my work with that company. With encouragement from that business owner, however, I have decided to pursue the ever-expanding opportunities that social media management can provide.
A brief explanation of what I can do for your business through social media include regular posting for things like meal specials, sales, and events at a most basic level of my services. A slightly higher range of my skills would also include handling incoming social media messages, however that will involve me getting a more in-depth understanding of your business so I can provide your customers with the most accurate and informative responses to their questions.
The biggest part of this service truly comes down to understanding your business and how you want to approach your customers. My abilities in this regard are reinforced by years of customer service experience, so the reality of bringing it to life comes down to you. Do you want a clean, modern, professional aesthetic or are you more of a real, rustic, down-to-earth type? The possibilities are endless and all it takes is a free consultation.
