Forgotten Man, Forgotten Land.

I am an Iowa Hawkeye fan who loves college football and many other things in life. In our infancy in the blog, we will play around with how and what content we provide so feedback is welcomed. I will focus on the Iowa Hawkeye football team and college football in general but hope to engage these topics multiple ways. The site is named as a nod to Warren Holloway, who was deemed “The Forgotten Man”

after his touchdown catch as time expired against LSU in the 2005 Capital One Bowl for the Iowa Hawkeyes. The folks who live in the midwest are often the underdogs and this blog is, at its heart, a love letter to the underdogs in every way.
