I had the opportunity to meet some incredibly talented individuals tonight at the Art of the Emerging Artists exhibit. One of which is Aleasha Morris Art! So I am the worst with checking my mail if I’m not expecting something. But today something told me to just look in the mailbox. I’m so happy I did. It was a sample of TLP pigment! I received the new “Bird of Paradise” pigment. It is a stunning color and I can’t wait to see how it looks in my next cloud pour! Thank you Fluid Art Co. this will be used to creat some beautiful pieces! I’m never selected for these kinds of things so I am very grateful!

Today was a very good day! Not only did I win the battle with ticketmaster and snag floor seats to see Stray Kids in June but also…I was accepted into the Art of the Emerging Artist Exhibit!!!! I’m super happy about this! Now I need to learn how to frame and prep paintings for hanging! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Continuing with my cloud pour obsession. I really wanted to try this on round coasters as I think it would look really cool. However, I’m too impatient to wait for the round coasters and have square ones on hand. So here we are. For attempts at cloud pours on square coasters. I’ll be honest, even though I like them, I’m not in love with them. I think a big part of it is because I used way too much paint. Maybe I’ll try again with round ones. I have the one I like the most but I’m curious on your thoughts. What do you think?
