"Body and Brain Brilliance" is a new manual addressing how behaviors from students are the number one reason for educator burnout! We will discuss what lies beneath behaviors, the critical importance of educator nervous system states, and how discipline can be a consistent and predictable practice that is nervous system aligned, preventative, and relational. Please join us for a preview of the practices and the accompanying modules that share real-world conversations between Dr. Desautels and the collaborators, Angie Zara, Rob Beltz, Crystal Williams, and Dr. Dustin Springer who worked closely together for over a year to bring this manual to the world!

Attendees will come away with:
-Practices and strategies for co-regulation
-Deepened understanding of adult nervous system states and how contagious our nervous systems are in our classrooms.
-Practices that align with a new lens for discipline protocols integrated into professional learning communities, staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings leaning into felt safety and culturally inclusive environments.
