We are Hiring a Finance Specialist

We need a detail-oriented, structured, and collaborative team member to join us! 📝💼

💵 Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
📌 Full-time (40 hrs/week)

What You'll Do:
🔹 Play a crucial role in financial accuracy, compliance, payroll, bookkeeping, and fiscal management.
🔹 Maintain and balance cash receipts, invoices, and revenue records. 💰
🔹 Organize financial files, purchase orders, and invoices. 📂
🔹 Handle weekly accounts processing and tax deposits. 🏦
🔹 Assist with W-2s, 1099s, billing inquiries, and vendor communications. 📑
🔹 Enter, analyze, and maintain ridership data for Shared Ride and Fixed Route services. 🚍📊
🔹 Utilize accounting software (Sage100) & Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). 💻
🔹 Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and best practices. ✅

What You Bring:
✔️ Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills. 🧐
✔️ High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement). 🎓
✔️ Formal accounting, business, or finance coursework
(preferred). 📚
✔️Accounting & bookkeeping experience (preferred). 💼

📣 Indiana! Gingerbread Man Running Company has two Demo Events coming up! This Thursday, we'll be meeting up at Levity Brewing Co for a demo with Brooks!
👉Come hang out with us as we try out some new releases from Brooks, and take them for a spin on the Hoodlebug.
👉Afterwards, we'll head back to the brewery and enjoy some delicious brews and food.

💥Obsessions Coffee Roastery have decided to join in on the fun and do a pop up from 1-4! With a special fairy tale🧚🏻‍♀️📚 themed menu! We will also be featuring desserts from Honey Badger’s Baked Goods

💕$1 from every drink sold will go to the library
💕ALL profits from dessert sales will go to the library
💕ALL tips and donations into the tip box will go to the library
