💔 Tomorrow, these empty crates will hold the hearts of dogs who’ve been waiting far too long for someone to choose them 💔

For over a year, many of these beautiful souls have watched other dogs find their families while they wait… and wait… wondering if their turn will ever come. Can you imagine that feeling? The loneliness? Our hearts are absolutely shattered for them. 😢

We’ve shared their faces all week, hoping that ONE person would see them and feel that spark. But the applications haven’t come, and we’re struggling to understand why. Maybe they’re not the tiny, fluffy puppies that get scooped up in seconds… but what they ARE is so much more.

They’re BIG-hearted. Loyal. Gentle giants who would give anything for a family to call their own. They have SO much love to give - the kind of love that only a dog who’s been waiting can offer. Pure, unconditional, forever love. 🐾❤️

Please, if you’ve ever thought about adopting, come meet them tomorrow. Look into their eyes. Let them show you who they are. You might just find your best friend waiting in one of those crates.

2025 year in review.

I started the year stepping into the role of Associate Broker and several months later made the bold decision to change to a new brokerage and join EXIT Rocket City Realty—a move that stretched me, challenged me, and ultimately reignited my passion for this business. I love the EXIT Realty company and am so blessed to work with such wonderful people! I hit the books hard, earned my broker credentials, continued sponsoring and mentoring agents, and helped bring others into this new chapter alongside me.

Professionally, it was a year of serving—helping buyers and sellers across North Alabama, collaborating with agents both in-state and out-of-state, learning new tools, taking e-Pro classes to get my certification, and growing in not just transactions/sales but in leadership. I’m proud of the work, the relationships, and the trust placed in me.
I helped several clients referred by my past clients and friends & family. The majority of my business comes from referrals and I thank you all so much! I’m where I am today because of you! I’m so grateful!

Personally, my heart is full. We welcomed a new grandbaby days before the new year (a little early) and watched our first grandchild start Pre-K, and soaked up priceless family moments. Jason and I spent nearly three unforgettable weeks in Europe, wandering through Tuscany, visiting wineries, and making memories I’ll treasure forever. I also had the opportunity to attend the EXIT Realty U.S. Road Show in Nashville, which fueled my vision for what’s next.

This year wasn’t without challenges, I had future listings I had worked on for months that didn’t happen this year. It was a tough year for a lot of people. I did not meet a lot of my goals and was hard on myself for a while but I came to the realization that it’s ok. I’m closing out 2025 grateful, stronger, and excited…I’m going back to school to become a Tennessee broker next, bigger goals ahead, and a deep desire to help even more people in 2026.

Thank you to my clients, colleagues, friends, and family for being part of this journey. 💚
