It’s Rialry week in college football!! 🏈
Who will you be rooting for?

I love rivalries!
Why?

Rivals tend to bring out the best in each other!

Ali vs Fraizer, Coca-Cola vs Pepsi, or Ford vs Ferrari.
The result made the sport, the companies and the technology better!!

In the heat of the moment you rivals may be intense enimes, but in reality that intensity is motivation! As Will Ferrell might say “it gets the people going”

As an athlete it makes you train harder, as a coach it makes you prepare longer. As a fan…it may just makes the banter wittier.

Anyway you slice it healthy competition can be a catalyst for great performances. We’ve all seen unmatched teams look stunningly prepared for rivalry weeks and squeeze out improbable wins.

The lesson being having a rival is great, appreciate the competition and never underestimate yourself or your rival. No matter if it’s in the office or in the field…Anything can happen when it’s a rivalry!
