• We can’t have skittles and tea.
• We can’t bird watch.
• We can’t jog through a neighborhood.
• We can’t be on OUR home.
• We can’t breathe.
• We can’t LIVE!

I’m so burdened! When will black lives really matter? When will living while black be legal? When will we see a change in the narrative of what everyday life looks like for black and brown people?

When will you use your platform to stand up for the injustice? When will you use your voice to express right from wrong? When will you stand up for the “black friends” that you claim to have?
