Hello,
My name is Ciara Horton and I am the founder and operator of an eMagazine called “She Is”. My favorite hobby is to read so whatever catches my attention I read it. One day I was at home and I had a vision with these words “She Is”. I was appalled but I prayed about and it came to me? I began to research and I was able to come up with the concept about shining the spotlight on women in our communities who are making it happen, not just any women, my women, women of color, women who are rocking their skin!
She Is because we are!
