Over twenty years later we successfully produced the only Phyllis Hyman tribute approved and supported by the Hyman Family, Friends and Mayor Bill de Blasio and Chirlane McCray called "Strength of a Woman: A Phyllis Hyman Tribute Starring Queen Diva Off- Off-Broadway that debuted at the Metropolitan Room and Off Broadway at The Triad Theater May 18, 2018 and Broadway Supper Club on Broadway debuted at Feinstein's/54 Below September 3, 2018. Now venturing into a virtual musical experience we present "90s Soul Divas Tribute" which is a musical salute to Faith Evans, Aaliyah, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton and Phyllis Hyman on June 12, 2021 LIVE at Divine Voices Media Studios in Houston, Texas via MetropolitanZoom.com.

Soul Divas Night Out Presents is a critically-acclaimed production company who's 1st production was "Soul Divas Night Out, A Female Singer/Songwriter Showcase that began on December 29, 1999 at the Off-Off-Off Broadway venue NuYorican Poets Cafe in Greenwich Village with Four Fantabulous Divas in New York City. The production starred Queen Diva-Sonja Elise recruited Funky Diva-Ayanda Sunshine, Soul Diva-Abby Dobson and UK Diva-Dionne Frank.

We successfully produced with rave reviews from New York City Fans our Stagebill Licensed "Strength of a Woman: A Phyllis Hyman Tribute Starring Queen Diva at the Off-Off Broadway venue the Metropolitan Room on September 22, 2017! We performed to a SOLD OUT audience at Off-Broadway The Triad Theater on May 18, 2018 recorded LIVE both audio and video to a intimate audience of 110 people. We also performed our debut following Michael Feinstein and Christine Ebersole “Two For The Road” Finale Show at Feinstein’s/54 Below on Labor Day 2018!

2019 marks our 20th Anniversary of the original showcase at the NuYorican Poets Cafe! Stay Tuned for events in conjunction with all of our Alumni! Our Alumni include Queen Diva (Sonja Elise), Funky Diva (Ayanda Sunshine), Soul Diva (Abby Dobson), UK Diva (Dionne Frank), Gospel Diva (Tonya Lewis Taylor), R&B Diva (Natasha C. Coward), Neo-Soul Diva (Aaminah Hassell), Pop Diva (Zoe Lyons), Rock Diva (Sonia Welch), Jazz Diva (Julie Johnson) and Broadway Diva (Yanelle Duggar).
