1 cup Brown Rice
1 1/2 Purple or White Onion (divide in two)
2 tbsps Avocado Oil
6 cups (approx) Mushroom (sliced)
2 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning (optional)

Please say it louder for the ppl in the back. 👏🏽 Yes, we are so blessed to stay home and being present for our baby. We get to be the nanny, cook, and all the above. But it’s work… and it’s so annoying when people think it’s a walk in the park and we’re just, “SAHM”. Thanks to our husbands also for allowing us to do this job, not having to drop our baby’s off anywhere. It’s a huge blessing.
