Don't give up! God is not finished with your story!

The night may seem too dark to walk through, to overcome...but God is faithful! He is the Light that overwhelms the darkness. He will help us see our way through whatever is before us. We have victory in this life and for eternity in and through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Give thanks, and give Him praise!

No matter what you are going through, no matter how dark the night may seem, God is over all. And His light will break through in your life. Trust Him. Lean on Him. Embrace and believe in the victory that is yours in Jesus Christ.

"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted..." ~ Psalm 34:18

It is impossible to completely know and understand God's plans and purposes and the whys of what is allowed in our world.

What happened with the recent hurricane and the continued devastating impact from the coast, through Georgia, and in the southern Appalachians is heartbreaking to say the least. We pray fervently for all impacted and those currently in dire circumstances, that God would deliver and come to their aid! That He would show Himself present to those hurting, hopeless, afraid, alone, and despondent. That He would provide where provisions seem impossible. That He would bring peace to the anxious and afraid.

God cares deeply about what we are going through. Each of us. Our pain. Anxiety. Fears.
We are not alone. And what we know about God through Scripture is that He is near to the brokenhearted. He is near to those whose hearts are breaking from the fear for loved ones, and those whose hearts are breaking from the fear for their lives.

God is near. And God is faithful.

When we don't understand His plan, when we can't see what He has allowed us to walk through...we can trust His heart.

Don't give up. Trust Him. Lean on Him. Speak to Him. Plead out to Him. Pray to Him.

He is with you. Always and forever. And He will lead you through.
