Brotherhood (2006–2008) is a gritty crime drama set in an Irish-American neighborhood in Providence, Rhode Island. It centers on two brothers: Tommy Caffee (Jason Clarke), a rising state politician trying to do good within a corrupt system, and Michael Caffee (Jason Isaacs), a ruthless gangster returning home after years in hiding. As their lives intertwine, the series explores family loyalty, moral compromise, and the blurred lines between law and crime.
With its intense performances and layered storytelling, Brotherhood is often compared to The Sopranos and The Wire—but with a uniquely political and familial twist.
