Happy New Year! 2024 was full of exciting and new adventures. We can't wait to see what will come our way in 2025. Thank you to our for coming with us.

The year began with a trip to California to board the Ruby Princess for a cruise up the pacific coast. We had a wonderful time exploring Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Astoria, and Victoria. We ate some delicious food and saw breathtaking scenery.
-
We also made our way across the pond for a cruise with Virgin Voyages on the Valiant Lady. This was our first time being in Europe. We barely scratched the surface of what there is to see, but we loved every minute of it. It hardly seemed real. From London to Amsterdam to Bruges, it was all amazing. Not to mention the cruise itself was fantastic! We had never been RockStars before. It's the only way to cruise.

These two trips were the highlight of 2024. Not to say we didn't have other adventures; we just can't quite compare finding a new coffee shop close to home to cruising under the Golden Gate Bridge at sunset. We will strive to find adventures both at home and abroad for as long as we are physically able to. We hope you will be with us every step of the way.

☕️Happy Saturday! The new coffee spot for us today is in Richmond, Texas.

We tried one of their Christmas specials, the Sugar Cookie Latte. We also ordered an iced caramel latte and a morning bun (think cronut but cinnamon roll style). It's a cute little spot with a laid-back atmosphere.

🛳Ship spotting in San Diego. Norwegian Jewel stopping in San Diego, California as part of her 9 day "Food & Wine" cruise. One way cruise from Vancouver, BC to Los Angeles. Anyone getting off the ship today will enjoy some beautiful weather. Happy cruising!

We had the pleasure of meeting two LEGO Masters yesterday at grand opening. have built some amazing things. These LEGO creations look just like the toys we grew up playing with. Truly talented.

We are back. We had a great trip. It hardly felt real. Visited three countries, walked countless miles (kilometers), and saw amazing sites. One of our first stops when we got home was at our favorite local coffee place ☕️

🕰Great Scott! While in London, we were fortunate enough to catch a performance of Back to the Future: The Musical. As fans of the movie franchise, we had to see this show. It did not disappoint. Two big thumbs up from us! 👍👍
