It is that time of the year when we come out with a new product, often driven by customer requests & inputs. This Navaratri we are thrilled to introduce you to ‘Thindi Box Tomato Onion Thokku’.

Thokku is a robustly spiced south Indian condiment. The tomatoes get cooked down to a paste like consistency with garlic, onion and spices in sesame oil. This spread has the intensity of a typical Indian pickle but is far more versatile in its usage. It tastes great on EVERYTHING like rice, roti, naan, cheese, toasts, sandwiches, and proteins! The possibilities are truly endless! We can’t wait to see how it is received!

Here’s some delicious inspiration for everyone who grabbed our thokku bundles before the event even got underway! 😉

Spread tomato onion thokku on crispy toasts, then top it with caramelized onions and bell peppers and make a sandwich. For an extra boost of texture, flavor, and protein, add some toasted paneer or tofu cubes.
