Currently flying a Fire Boss Single Engine Air tanker, Broome is likely the oldest pilot in the US operating this type of aircraft. After starting his journey at age 13 when his father's best friend offered flying lessons, he's now battling wildfires across the country with Henry's Aerial Service.
