When in Lisbon, one must roam to discover all of her beauty & great finds. We spent a fully day doing just that. While we did make somewhat of a loose agenda, most of our finds were on the fly. Lisbon Diaries Entry 7: Sintra was perfect! We got a chance to spend a day in all of it’s splendor & we see why it’s highly recommended! And we recommend it now too! You can get to Sintra by taking a 45 minute train out of Rossio station in Lisbon. The tickets were $5 per person & that got us there and back. Don’t be nervous, Sintra is the last stop on the train route. Here’s everywhere we went in this video:

Panda Cantina in Lisbon Portugal is one of the best options for ramen. We stumbled across it by chance and are so glad we did. They’re open every day from 12 noon to 11pm. The service is quick and the entertainment id cute and cuddly. A bowl of ramen was around 10 euros, and worth every cent. We gave this place a 5 star rating and went back multiple times!

Lisbon Diaries Entry 6: Lisbon has allowed us to find a rhythm and balance that works for us. Whether you’re traveling full time or living in a more traditional way, figuring out how to do things your way is key. We’re finally fine tuning what does and doesn’t work for us on our adventure. We know we need adequate space and that constantly moving place to place isn’t our thing. So we’re making adjustments as we go. Lisbon Diaries Entry 5: Lisbon has many places to get Pastel de Natas, but we went with Castros because of their high Google rating. They have a couple of different locations, and finding them is pretty straightforward. They’re open every day from 8 am to 10 pm. You have the option to sit inside or grab a seat outdoors.
