Cheesecake came out perfect 👌 Used the same recipe as last time when I did cherry cheesecake, except I made the strawberry topping this time. Also lined the bottom of my springform pan with an airfryer parchment liner that fit perfectly and allowed for an easy breakaway after baking 👌 Recipe i used -- Grahm crackers crust - 2.5 cups crushed grahm crackers, 10 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon white sugar. Press into spring form pan and bake at 350° until golden (about 10 mins) Let crust cool to room temp before adding filling. Cheesecake filling - 4 blocks room temperature blocks of cream cheese, 1.5 - 2 cups white sugar, 2/3 sour cream, 2 tablespoons vanilla, 4 eggs (adding 1 at a time) Pour filling into crust and double wrap up around the bottom to top of the springform pan to make sure no water can seap in. Place into a bigger pan to add boiling hot water halfway around the springform pan. Bake at 325° for 1.5 hours. Then turn the oven off and leave the oven door cracked while it cools inside the oven for an hour. Then sit it on the counter until it cools completely & then I set it in the fridge overnight #strawberry #cheesecake #cheesecakefactory #homemadedessert #madewithlove #motheranddaughtergoals #desserts #strawberrycheesecake #cheesecakerecipe
