Sorry I have been MIA. My best friends mom has been in the hospital for the past couple weeks with some health issues. Yesterday she lost her battle. This woman birthed 10 children and still took me in, loved me and treated me as one of her own. I will miss your beautiful smile, your contagious laugh, your sarcasm, your fiery spirit, your playful (and not so playful) banter, and the way you taught with patience but most of all I will miss how you would tell me “love you, good night” and the messages and GIFs you would send through messenger. RIP momma Pearl!!

Here is the 3 ingredients n instructions on how to make the Pumpkin Fluff from my live today (9/8/24)!!

15 oz can of pure pumpkin puree
8oz container of cool whip
5oz box of vanilla pudding mix

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until creamy. I ate mine with graham crackers but you can eat it by itself or with pretzels. ENJOY!!

Here is the 3 ingredients n instructions on how to make the Apple Cheesecake Rollups from my live today (9/8/24)!!

1) Apple pie filler
(full sugar or sugar free) Or you can use caramel apple pie filler
2) Philadelphia no bake cheesecake
3) Pillsbury crescent rolls (grands)

Grease your muffin tin. Open n unroll the the Pillsbury crescent rolls n pull apart on the cut lines. Place larger end of pastry in the muffin tin. Fill pastry with ice cream scoop of apple pie filler. Add a cookie scoop size of cheesecake on top of apple pie filler. Fold in the pastry to cover inside ingredients. Bake on 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out of over n let cool for 15 minutes. Scoop out pastry, put on plate, drizzle with caramel. ENJOY!!
