Honest Post:
Don't give up on your children. For months we've been working on what it would look like to be more intentional with quality time with our son. It's been a process but we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Make the investment dad , cut your phone off, set time aside, ask the correct questions. Seek to better know and understand your kids, it's not easy but we'll worth it. Do you have any tips you can give us in here on ways to better connect with our children?

In the next 90 we plan to set up a physical fitness regime for our son that is fun, consistent and healthy habit forming.
