Tonight, a cherished NWI tradition takes center stage at the new Reinhart Auditorium. Scrooge the musical premieres tonight, a testament to perseverance and dedication. Despite theatre upgrades, The Crew only gained stage access during Thanksgiving week. Undaunted, they worked tirelessly to relocate, rebuild, and repaint sets. The new sound, lighting, and projecting systems were mastered and programmed with remarkable speed. In just 10 days, the cast and crew achieved what normally requires 6-8 weeks. Your patience will be richly rewarded. The special themed food at our concession stand returns, so come hungry. On Tuesday the Scrooge cast had their own thanksgiving day parade. As the sets, like floats, came parading down the street to the auditorium.

Exciting week for the Scrooge cast as our sets came home from storage. All need major work, and new castors fresh paint, got on stage then not on stage. Hoping to start on lights and sound today. This cast deserves an audience as they have rehearsed in Hallways, back rooms, the Studio in Hobart, outside, even had to do a run through moved to the small theatre last night.
