Looking down the the barrel of the next 6 scheduled guests is so exciting but it feels like now is a good time to say thank you and talk about the coming weeks.

This page and all our social media is grown organically with One comment, one like, and one follow at a time. After a couple months here we are with over 500 followers to this page. Some of these pages are growing by over 400% the last two weeks. Our first YouTube video is already over 100 views, it’s an exciting time.

If you want your business to be featured on our video or audio pod please reach out to me, the sooner the better, to get it on the upcoming calendar. 2025 is gonna be wild.

It does cost money depending on what you’re looking for because equipment costs money, editing and production all cost money. Maybe you’re best buddy who does x y z podcast doesn’t charge, than awesome, go be on that.

The beauty of what we do is as we grow so do you. Your content becomes EVERGREEN. As new businesses, influential personalities, and residents becomes more and more every week with these episodes new audiences look back at past shows and there you are. The goal is to make your money more money. 100 likes today could be 100 more likes after 3 more audiences are posted with their episodes on our channels across Apple, YouTube, and Spotify.

Don’t want to be in front of a camera? Well you can just sponsor audio or video episodes. Maybe we have realtor on but they don’t want to sponsor their own episode? Sounds like a beautiful opportunity for a mortgage lender or insurance broker to me. EVERGREEN content, heck this might even be a new term you never even heard of! It’s a real thing.

For those that have asked me to be on their podcast, as you know, it’s not personal but right now I only have so much time. ALL I see is the tunnel I’m in and I need to dedicate myself to our craft.
